# The Node — Stjärnkrock

> Realtime audio-reactive visuals on a large LED backdrop for six live artist-pair performances pairing classical and contemporary musicians.

Stjärnkrock ("When stars collide") paired six duos of musicians — each
combining a classically trained instrumentalist with a contemporary (pop,
rock, electronic) artist — for live 8–10 minute performances at [the
node](https://thenode.se/), Stockholm.

For each performance we created an individual visual backdrop on a large LED
screen behind the artists: realtime, audio-reactive, and composed for that
duo's concept. As lead architect I built the audio-reactivity pipeline
driving the generative visuals live from the music.
