I'm Daniel — known to many as **Klokie**.

I'm a senior web architect, full-stack developer, musician, and entrepreneur
with over 25 years of experience engineering and designing complex
data-driven websites, e-commerce platforms, and media distribution systems.

I've built things for museums (MoMA), jewelers (Tiffany & Co.), record
labels (Rawkus, Source), magazines (New York Magazine, Odalisque), truck
makers (Scania), and health-tech companies (Werlabs) — across New York,
Paris, London, Barcelona, Tokyo, and Stockholm, where I live today.

## The longer arc

- **S2A Interactive** — my own studio, designing and building modern web
  architecture for SMEs in European and US media and fashion.
- **Surface to Air** (New York/Paris) — co-founder & CTO of the design
  studio serving publishing, music, film, and fashion clients.
- **Enliven** (Stockholm, 2016–2024) — co-founder & CTO of an AI-based media
  platform for professional creatives and premium personal brands.
- **Odalisque Magazine** — co-founder & CTO of one of Sweden's top fashion,
  arts & culture publications, in print and on the web.
- Senior engineering roles at **Sneakersnstuff**, **Scania**,
  **TV4/Telia/C More**, and **Werlabs**.

An ambitious, hands-on leader with deep startup experience — thinking global
from day one, delivering high-performance, thoughtfully designed solutions
that hide their underlying complexity and build on web standards and open
source.
